It may have taken long to get to your study abroad destination, but it'll all be worth it! Cam took three flights from Minneapolis, MN, to Sydney, Australia (with a quick beach trip during a stopover) and spent around 34 hours from start to finish.

Follow along with me for my 9,000-mile travel day! I wake up bright and early at 4am in Minnesota and hop on three separate planes before I step foot in Sydney, Australia. This has been the longest travel day(s) I have ever been on—it took me about 34 hours from start to finish. We first flew out to Seattle, Washington, and quickly boarded another plane to Los Angeles, California. In LA, we spent the afternoon at Hermosa Beach where we refueled and relaxed before the 14-hour flight to Sydney. At around 10pm, we flew out of LAX and began our journey to Sydney. Once we arrived in Sydney, we got to our apartment and got some much-needed rest. Stay updated with my semester abroad in the following weeks!
