We Went on a Walking Tour of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona

Oct 26, 2022 10:00:00 AM / by Andrew Truong

Andrew Truong, a University of Minnesota Twin cities student, brings us along on a walking tour of the Gothic Quarter (or Barri Gótic in Spanish) in Barcelona, Spain. Check out the sights and architecture from this tour!

After a day of settling in, our CAPA staff gave us a walking tour around the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. The group started with a delicious lunch. Then, we explored the medieval streets and ended at the Barcelona Cathedral. Being from the midwest, I’m not used to seeing these beautiful buildings and cathedrals on my everyday walks. I don’t think I’ll ever get used to it. We then made our way home on the iconic street of La Rambla. This is only the beginning of what there is to see in Barcelona. See you next time!
