Kyla Cassler (she/her), an Anthropology and Religious Studies major from Arizona State University, chose to study abroad because she knows it’s a great chance to explore a new environment and will help with her future goals. She is excited about this opportunity to network, make lifelong memories, and learn something new about herself and Barcelona’s culture. She is hoping to make lots of friends and looks forward to taking her Intermediate Spanish class, as Spanish is her grandma’s first language and Kyla hopes it will help them connect further while opening up her exploration of her heritage.
