Maddie Anderson

Maddie Anderson is an Interdisciplinary Studies major from the University of North Florida and is studying in Florence, Italy this summer. This is her first time traveling to Italy, and she is excited to immerse herself in the local culture and cuisine. She will take this opportunity to learn some Italian and hopefully learn how to cook a few authentic dishes. She hopes her writing will reflect her growth as she embraces the new and exciting challenges that come with total cultural immersion.
