Bon Appétit: Recipes for Study Abroad with CAPA's Marion Aller

Jan 6, 2015 12:27:00 PM / by Irene Kanthan

My name is Marion and I have been working at CAPA London since October 2013. I first worked as an internship coordinator and have recently moved to the academic department where I act as first point of contact for student advising. I am originally from France, and one of my “hobbies” is cooking.

I thought it would be nice to share some recipes with our students, as I’ve noticed they tend to live on pot noodles, sandwiches, burgers and pizzas during their stay…

There are easy and cheap alternatives to all of those, so I will try to share my recipes with you, providing with a rough budget based on the supermarket near my home (Tesco). I will not include in the budget the basic ingredients like salt, pepper, olive oil, butter (unless you need a bigger amount than usual).

I’ll try to share some traditional recipes for dishes from the UK, but will also throw in some typical French food, or my own “inventions”. I’ll start with savoury dishes, but you can expect some sweetness once in a while. ENJOY!

The archives will be listed below.

Bon appétit!
