What are you most excited for during your study abroad semester?
As an animal lover, I am really excited to see Australia's wildlife and visit famous coastal landmarks. I am also looking forward to learning more about the Australian culture and speaking with locals.

What are three of your hobbies and interests?
I am a nature lover, so I love going hiking, snorkeling and all kinds of outdoorsy activities. A hobby that I have picked up recently is video editing, so I'm really excited to start documenting my adventures abroad and creating vlogs! I am also interested in photography.

What's one personal goal you hope to achieve while abroad?
To be comfortable with being uncomfortable. Living in a foreign country will be completely new to me, but I want to be able to adapt to the unfamiliarity. I want to challenge myself to be independent (while meeting new people along the way, of course). This will help me grow and discover more of myself, while opening my eyes to the Australian culture.

What's one professional goal you hope to achieve while abroad?
While abroad, I will be interning at a veterinary clinic in Sydney. I hope to gain work experience in the veterinary field to give me a better outlook on my future career goals.

What can we look forward to seeing in your videos?
My adventures in Sydney! I will be taking lots of videos of my exploration around the city, beaches, and touristy areas. I will also probably film my daily life such as class, internship, meals and my apartment!

Anything else you'd like to say to people watching for the first time?
I am ecstatic to be vlogging my journey abroad! I hope to give a better insight of the abroad program for those who are interested in the future.
