What are you most excited for during your study abroad semester?
I am excited to get to know Barcelona from a local and more authentic perspective! I have already met some incredible people here—locals that are really making a difference. I want to explore beyond typical tourist sites and find out what it is really like to live in this city!

What are three of your hobbies and interests?
Making videos on YouTube, playing music, and art.

What’s one personal goal you hope to achieve while abroad?
One personal goal I have while I am here is to practice being spontaneous! I am used to living a structured schedule and find my routine at home comforting, but I want to challenge myself to be flexible, go on new adventures, and find joy in the unexpected. Some of the best things in life are completely unplanned, and I hope to experience that a lot while I'm in Barcelona!

What’s one professional goal you hope to achieve while abroad?
Becoming fluent in Spanish is my number one professional goal. When I return home to Arizona, I want to be able to confidently have a conversation with a native speaker!

What can we look forward to watching in your vlogs?
I've got some incredible cinematic shots of the city that I'm dying to share with you! Plus, I'll be showing you how to find the delicious food, helpful travel tips, things I wished I knew before coming here, what class is like, and all the incredible things our group of CAPA students has been up to!
