Back in June, I shared eight of my favorite photos from my semester abroad in Florence. It was so enjoyable to look back at some of the best memories of my life, so I decided to pick a few more of my favorite photos to share from my time abroad! It's crazy to think it's already been three years since I left for Florence!
I basically have a sunset picture from every single place I've been to. To me, there's nothing better than sunset/sunrise pictures! This one is extra special to me since it was taken on one of my last nights in Florence. Even for an iPhone photo, I think it came out pretty well!
Amsterdam was one of my favorite cities that I visited during my semester abroad, mainly because of how charming it is. I think this picture perfectly captures the quaintness of the city!
As with most other Florence study abroad students, one of my favorite places in the city is Piazzale Michelangelo. This was taken on my first weekend in Florence, when our entire program trekked up to see this wonderful view of the city.
I'll never forget when I took this photo. This was my first trip outside of the country - my friends and I went to Interlaken, Switzerland. We arrived late at night and went right to sleep. When I woke up, I decided to see what kind of view we had so I took a peek out the window and saw this! It's safe to say it was a pleasant surprise.
No matter how cliché it is, this photo will always be one of my favorites. It was also taken on my first trip up to Piazzale Michelangelo. My roommates and I barely knew each other at this time but it's such a nice photo to look back on. At the end of the semester we took a very similar photo, which is featured in my last photo roundup post.
I really wish I had a good photo of me right in front of my apartment building, but this one of me on my street (Via de Macci) will have to do. This was taken on one of my last nights in the city, before my roommates and I went out for a celebratory dinner. Looking at this charming street brings back so many memories!
Thanks Emily!
