What are you most excited for this summer term?
I’m looking forward to meeting new people from all over the world and engaging with numerous cultures all from my home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I’m especially excited to learn about the cities in my courses, Florence and London.

What are three of your hobbies and interests?
I enjoy running, photography, and cooking new foods.

What’s one personal goal you hope to achieve during your program?
I am hoping to learn much more about London through my Analyzing and Exploring the Global City class. I’m working towards earning a certificate in Western European Studies, and I feel that learning more about this city will be paramount in gaining an understanding of the country as a whole.

What’s one professional goal you hope to achieve through your Remote Global Internship?
I want to gain experience working with an international company as an intern and learn more about the cultural aspects that make up an Italian company. I’m minoring in Italian, so I feel that this information will be incredibly useful in my studies as well.

What can we look forward to viewing in your videos?
Because all of the courses are completely remote, it can be incredibly difficult to feel connected to other students and members in the program. My primary goal is to provide other students in the program with a sense of connection. I want other members to be able to relate to my posts in some way. I plan to share my personal experiences with CAPA’s classes and events as well as any additional advice or information I can pass along to other students.

Anything else you’d like to say to people reading for the first time?
I hope you enjoy the videos!
