Markets! If you're as enthusiastic as me about learning the different types of markets Australia provides, this trip will excite you. I went to both the renowned Carriageworks Farmers Market and Sydney's Fish Market with friends to learn about their market systems. The adventure introduced a lot of familiar yet fun foods and beverages within the market, ranging from sourdough bread, to pho, to cleanse juices, washed coffee, and so much seafood. The markets not only help to gauge and understanding prices of local businesses, but to also experience the different types of food each stand provides and how they use their locally sourced ingredients. I highly encourage you to go to Sydney’s markets to learn more about the country—and to possibly find good prices for a variety of food and beverage offerings!
