Touring Belfast with CAPA Dublin

Kevin visits Belfast with CAPA Dublin to learn about Northern Ireland's history and communities. They also checked out several landmarks in the area.

CAPA recently took our group up to Belfast in Northern Ireland. Belfast is about a 2-hour bus ride from Dublin and is a similar town. While Ireland is fully independent from England, Northern Ireland remained under British rule, and the Catholic communities in cities like Belfast and Derry complained of discrimination and unfair treatment by the Protestant-controlled government and police forces. It was a great learning experience and everyone in the city was cordial to us!
